1. Scope and developer
This policy describes data handling in mobile applications published by pakso that link to this address. It combines common rules with a separate disclosure for each application. Features, permissions, stores and providers may differ: only the disclosure for your application and version applies. Each additional application requires its own section; the common text does not mean that every listed service is integrated.

2. Data and purposes
Feature data. Settings you enter, files you select and information you allow the application to access are used for the requested feature. The application section identifies operations performed on your device and any data transfers. An Android permission does not constitute consent to use that information for another purpose.
Technical data. Connected network services may receive an IP address, device, operating system, application and connection details, technical identifiers, usage events, errors and ad interactions. Purposes, recipients and controls are specified for each application. Non-personalized advertising also requires technical processing to load ads, measure impressions and prevent abuse.
Support. When you contact the developer, we receive your email address, message and attachments to respond and resolve your request. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens or unnecessary health information. Correspondence is kept while handling the request and, where necessary, meeting applicable obligations.
3. Permissions, retention and deletion
The application requests system permissions for specific features. You may decline or revoke access in Android; the associated feature may become unavailable. Actual permissions are described in the application section.
Internal local data is retained while you need it for the feature and can be removed using available application controls, clearing application data in Android or uninstalling the application. You must delete copies exported to external folders or cloud providers separately. Backup behavior is specified for each application.
Network providers apply their own retention periods, processing locations and deletion rules, described in their policies. Network transfers use secure connections. For information held by the developer, contact hello@pakso.ru; the developer cannot remotely delete information stored only on your device.
4. Third parties and sharing
Application stores, payment operators, advertising networks and diagnostic services may process information for installation, updates, payments, advertising, security and troubleshooting. Only providers listed in an application's section apply to that version. Providers may process technical information on their servers and in other countries according to their policies and applicable requirements.
Data is not used for a new, incompatible purpose without an appropriate basis and separate consent where required. Health data is not sold or shared with advertising networks to serve, personalize or measure ads. Information may be disclosed to an authorized public body only under an applicable lawful requirement.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are available only in versions that implement them. The store displays the price, product type, features, trial and renewal terms before payment. The store handles payment; the developer does not receive bank card details. An application may receive and store the product ID, status, expiry and transaction information to verify access.
Restoration, cancellation and refunds follow the relevant store's rules. Uninstalling an application does not itself cancel a subscription. This common policy does not establish a uniform price, subscription or recurring charge for all applications.
6. Your rights and contact
You may revoke system permissions, change available settings, delete local data and request access, correction, deletion or an explanation of processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing using the relevant control. Available actions and consequences are described for each application.
Email hello@pakso.ru with the application name, store and your request. If needed, we will ask for minimal information to identify data relating to you. Do not send passwords or purchase tokens. You may also contact a store or SDK provider directly about information it independently holds, using the links below.
7. Security, this page and policy changes
Applications use Android data isolation and secure network connections. Protect access to your device and check recipients when exporting files. General-audience applications are not designed specifically to collect children's data; contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information to the developer so we can consider deletion.
This page is accessible without registration or JavaScript and loads no advertising or analytics SDK. The server receives an IP address and technical HTTP request information to deliver the page and secure the website. An offline database determines the IP's country only to select Russian or English text; the IP is not sent to a separate geolocation service. Precise location is not requested. If the country is unknown, the browser language is considered. A VPN may affect the selection.
A manual RU/EN choice is saved in an essential cookie for 180 days; the theme preference is stored locally in your browser. Neither is used for advertising. Country lookup uses MaxMind GeoLite2 data. Both translations are available from every region.
When data practices change, we update the date and the relevant application section. If new processing requires separate consent, it must be obtained before that processing starts. The current version remains available at this address.

On-device counting and history
StepAura uses the device's step sensor to count physical activity, including in the background after you grant permission. Daily steps, goals, history, streaks, notification preferences and estimated distance, calories and active time are stored on your device. Weight and stride length you enter are used for local calculations. These are activity estimates, not medical measurements.
StepAura does not create an account. The developer does not receive your step history, weight or stride length. The application does not request GPS, Android precise or approximate location, contacts, camera or microphone access. Automatic Android cloud backup and transfer of internal application data are disabled. Clearing application data or uninstalling removes internal history and settings.
Health Connect — optional import
After your action and READ_STEPS permission, the application reads daily steps for the available recent period from Health Connect and adds them to local history. Health Connect information is not sent to the developer, advertising networks or analytics services, and is not used for advertising, data sales or profiling. The application does not write to Health Connect or read other health categories.
Use of Health Connect information is limited to step display and history features and complies with Google Play's Health Connect requirements, including the Limited Use requirements. Revoke access in Health Connect; clear StepAura data to delete the imported local copy. Original Health Connect records must be deleted separately using the provider's controls.
Permissions and export
ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION is used for the activity sensor. A foreground service of type health continues counting; notifications are requested separately for the relevant features. Restart recovery supports enabled counting. Internet and network state are used for advertising and store features, not to transmit step history.
CSV export is available in RuStore Pro when you initiate it and choose a destination through the system file picker. The file contains activity history; the developer does not receive it. Your chosen file or cloud provider may process it under its own rules. Exported copies must be deleted separately.

The separate AppMetrica product analytics integration is disabled in StepAura's current release configuration. AppMetrica components embedded in the advertising SDK may process technical data independently. Health and activity information remain on your device.
Provider policies: Yandex, AppMetrica, Google, RuStore, MyTracker, Tracer. Installation through Huawei follows Huawei's policy.
StepAura purchases and deleting data
RuStore offers a one-time ad-removal purchase and Pro subscriptions; store-supplied prices and terms apply. Entitlements are cached locally and checked with RuStore. The current Google Play and AppGallery versions do not integrate payment SDKs or offer in-app purchases. Switching stores does not automatically create a payment.
Pause counting or revoke Android permission to stop sensor access; revoke Health Connect permission to stop imports. Clear StepAura data or uninstall to delete internal history and settings. Delete exported CSV files and Health Connect records separately. Advertising, store and diagnostic data can be requested from the respective provider or through support if the developer has access to that information.
